In this group Pilates circuit class led by Ponderosa Physical Therapy owner Dr. Chelsea Lynch, PT, DPT, you will work all of your major muscle groups.  You will get stronger and more flexible,
and have fun doing it!

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR THE WISE ADULT WITH TORI

Group Strength Training for the Wise Adult is a small group exercise class that will help you improve strength, power, stability, and mobility. This class is beneficial for people of all fitness levels and even people suffering from pain and injury. Our Doctor of Physical Therapy, Tori Williams, will lead you through a circuit-based strength training routine that will leave you feeling resilient and powerful.

CORE, COORDINATION, AND CONFIDENCE
WITH SCARLETT

Wednesday, 3:50 PM

In this small group exercise class, you will focus on improving your coordination, agility, and core strength. The class is beneficial for all fitness levels and people who participate in recreational sports.
Dr. Scarlett Helbock will lead you through agility drills that will get your heart pumping and a wide variety of core exercises to build strength. You will feel confident and excited as your coordination and strength improve.

PILATES CIRCUIT WITH LORI

Friday, 12:55 PM

This Pilates-based group circuit class is lead by local legend, Lori Sams. PT. She has been leading group fitness classes in Grass Valley for over twenty years. This well rounded class will challenge you and make you feel like a million bucks.
